How do I cancel my subscription’s automatic renewal?
To cancel the automatic renewal of your Cadmatic subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to the Cadmatic Store.
- Click on “My Account.”
- Log in with your credentials.
- Navigate to “Subscriptions” and find the active subscription you want to cancel.
- Click the “VIEW” button next to the subscription.
- Click the “CANCEL RENEWAL” button. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

How can I cancel my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that Cadmatic isn’t the right fit, you can easily cancel your order. For subscriptions purchased directly through the Cadmatic Store, monthly subscriptions can be canceled within 15 days, and 1-year or 3-year subscriptions can be canceled within 30 days.
